Feed the University of Florida Baseball Team April 10, 2012!

Join the Capital Area Gator Club and meet and feed the University of Florida Baseball Team on April 10, 2012 after the FSU game. Gator fans will meet after the game in the parking lot behind right field of the FSU softball stadium where both the baseball and softball fields meet. A buffet line will be set up to feed the team. If there’s no parking available in that lot, there’s the parking garage just to north side of the stadium, behind left field.

The game starts at 6:00 p.m. The No. 1 Gator baseball team lost a close game to the LSU Tigers over the weekend. No. 7 LSU (25-7/8-4 SEC) overcame a 7-2 deficit with six unanswered runs for a series-clinching 8-7 victory over Florida (25-7/7-5 SEC) in front of a record crowd of 6,108 fans at McKethan Stadium last Saturday afternoon (April 7, 2012).

Join the Capital Area Gator Club and meet and feed the University of Florida Women’s Softball Team on April 4, 2012 after the FSU game. Gator fans will meet after the game in the parking lot behind right field of the FSU softball stadium where both the baseball and softball fields meet.  A buffet line will be set up to feed the team.  If there’s no parking available in that lot, there’s the parking garage just to north side of the stadium, behind left field.

The game starts at 6:00 p.m.  The No. 4 Gator softball squad used a three-run, three-homer fourth inning to propel Florida to a 6-3 series clincher over the No. 9 Georgia Bulldogs Sunday, April 1, 2012 at a packed Jack Turner Stadium in Athens.  In front of a crowd of 1,644, Florida won its fifth-consecutive SEC series, improving to 31-4 overall on the season and 12-2 in conference play.

LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS

The Capital Area Gator Club is once again honored to announce the availability of the Stephen C. O’Connell Leadership Scholarships. Scholarships beginning at $1,000 are available for high school seniors who have exhibited exemplary leadership skills and who are residents of the Capital Area Gator Club’s service area.

Pat Dooley has been confirmed to speak to the Capital Area Gator Club on Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at Momo’s in Market Square!

The event will begin around 6:00pm and Mr. Dooley is expected to speak around 6:45pm.
